–          Learning How to Hold the wok and work well with It

–          Checking Cooking Skills

–          Learning how to Put The Price On The Menu and Calculate that the Profit that You Have

–          How To set Up The Menu for Attracting

–          Sharing experience from The Chef how to get

–          Watching the Chef cooking some dishes for Lunch and Dinner .Enjoying and Explaining the Techniques in each dishes

Day 2:

–          Making Stock ( Beef stock ,Chicken Stock ,Pork Stock and Vegetables Stock )

–          Apply the Stock in each dishes Such as Chicken or Beef noodle soup ,Pork with rice Noodle Soup ,Beef with Chilli ,Lemongrass soup  …

–          Understanding what the Stock use for and When you need the stock

–          Review How to Make the Stock

–          Making dishes with Stock for Breakfast
